Shipping Policy – Cold Caster

At Cold Caster, every order is carefully packed to ensure your gear arrives ready to fish.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high demand or restocks, processing times may extend to 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times: Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days, Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Free Shipping
Free shipping on orders over $50. We may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship via: United States Postal Service and UPS. Carrier selection depends on package size, weight, and destination.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Cold Caster is not responsible for delays caused by: carrier issues, weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, contact us and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may only be made if the order has not yet shipped.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged: contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale or bulk orders may have: longer processing times, custom shipping rates, freight or pallet shipping options (if applicable). Please contact us directly for wholesale shipping arrangements.
