Return & Refund Policy – Cold Caster

At Cold Caster, we take pride in producing high-quality fishing tackle designed to perform in real conditions. Because of the nature of our products, we have the following return and refund policy:
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only under the following conditions: The item must be unused and in its original packaging, the product must be in re-sellable condition, and Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required. Due to the nature of fishing tackle, used items cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: Used or fished jigs, Items with signs of wear, damage, or modification, clearance or final sale items (if applicable), custom or bulk orders.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives: Damaged, defective, incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email here] with: your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item: return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Cold Caster is not responsible for lost returns
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
