Cold Caster stands behind the quality of its products. Due to the nature of fishing tackle, we maintain a limited and strict return policy.
All Sales Are Final (With Limited Exceptions) - All sales are considered final. Returns are only accepted under the limited conditions outlined below.
Eligible Returns (Defective or Incorrect Items Only) - Returns are accepted ONLY IF: The item received is defective due to a manufacturing issue, OR The wrong item was shipped by Cold Caster.
To qualify: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, Item must be unused, unmodified, and in original packaging, Proof of defect (photos) is required. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Situations - Returns will NOT be accepted for: Used fishing tackle of any kind/ Items showing signs of water exposure, rigging, casting, or wear, Damage caused by fish, rocks, snags, saltwater, or normal use, Customer ordering the wrong size, weight, or color/ Normal cosmetic variations in hand-made or coated products/ Clearance, discounted, or final sale items/ International shipping delays, customs issues, or seized packages
Refund Method - If a return is approved: Refund will be issued to the original payment method only, Original shipping cost is non-refundable, Cold Caster reserves the right to issue replacement instead of refund, Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection.
Return Shipping - Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours. We recommend tracked shipping. Cold Caster is not responsible for lost return packages.
Order Cancellations - Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, the order is considered final.
Chargebacks & Fraud Protection - Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in: Permanent refusal of future orders, Submission of delivery confirmation and fraud evidence to the payment processor. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and encourage customers to contact us first.
